Bid for Aggregate Materials

The Fleming County Fiscal Court is an equal opportunity employer. The winning bidder will be notified by phone or mail no later than end of the business day Wednesday, January 13, 2016. The Fleming County Fiscal Court reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids received, and to select the bid which it determines to be in its best interest. Due to the sensitive nature of the areas to be serviced the Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) require that all approved applicants must provide their full name, social security number, address, and date of birth of each person proposed to have access to the facility for maintenance purposes for criminal background records check. AOC reserves the right to deny access to the facility to any person based on the results of criminal records checks.
